My dream is coming true!!!

So today Johnny and I are spending the day at Grandma's house. We turned off our water so they could fix our water today and I am sooooooooo excited! It will be so great to get in the shower and not worry about millions of little bacteria crawling all over my body (sorry that is a little bit gross sounding, but it is literally what I think about when I shower). While we were at Grandma's house she took some cute pictures of Johnny. LOOK HOW BIG HE IS GETTING!!! I can hardly believe that he is going to be 4 mo. on Tuesday. Not to mention that he is putting on the pounds!

JESSICA IS GETTING MARRIED!!!!!!

I am so excited to announce that Jessica (my triplet sister) is getting married February 23rd to Shea Allred. WAHOOOOO! They are such a cute couple and not to mention that Shea fits right in to the family. Here are a few pictures of the love birds!

Look at that smile!!!

Would you just look at that smile! Johnny is a great at smiling now and WE LOVE IT! It is so much fun getting a reaction from doing all those silly things that you do to get kids to smile. His favorite things to smile at are:

1- His Dad
2- Himself in the mirror when we are bathing at Grandma's house (should I be worried about this one?)
3- To the person who gets him out of bed in the morning
4- Wheels on the bus song
6- To his mom dancing for him while we are cooking dinner!
We have a good little guy. It is hard to imagine what else I would rather be doing right now!

Roger in the big 25!!!

We had a little celebration for the one and only Roger Rix Pearson the day after his Birthday. It was fun to get together with family. Thanks for coming everyone!!

Bob Marley

We had a great Halloween! We went to some friends house in the ward and had chili an bread. One of the families that was there (Brian Balls and his wife Jen and their son Jonathon) were dressed as indians but when you put Brian's wig on Johnny he looked like Bob Marley. He was really a train conductor for Halloween. He looked so cute in his overalls and little hat! We hope you all had a Happy Halloween.

The cutest smile!

Johnny is turning into quite the little smile man. It is so much fun to see him starting to "talk" and smile when you talk to him. Not only does he have a nice double chin and chubby checks but he has a hidden dimple just like his Dad (which I adore)! He is going to be two months next Thursday and he will be going in for his shots which probably won't be a very fun experience, but I am so excited to see how much he has grown since his last appointment when he was 9 pounds. He just loves to smile! Thanks for the cute pajamas Caldwells! It is crazy to think that he is going to be that big someday! It will probably happen before I want it to!

Living Things

So I think I have the best husband in the whole world. Not only does he have super human powers but he loves to bring me 'living things'. While we were dating he would bring me flower, leaves, branches, and if I remember right he brought me a stick once. He would drop them off while I was working. If I didn't fall in love with his dimple first...it was sure to be the things he brought me. Yesterday when I went to go and pick him up from his classes I pulled up to the curb and in his hand was another one of my favorite living things! Isn't he the best and I am the luckiest girl in the whole wide .....Galaxy.

I love Roommies!

Yesterday Johnny and I went down to Provo with Roger to visit some of my old roomies. I dropped off Rog at class and met the wonderful Carli for breakfast. I haven't seen her since she got off her mission so it was so great to catch up and remember all of the fun times we had together. Carli and I next went to visit Angela and her new little guy, Zach. It was so great to see both of them again and to see Ang's little new addition. He is a cute little guy and was so much smaller than Johnny. It is funny what only 6 weeks difference will make in a baby! Hopefully it won't be long until I can see them all again! I sure did have great roommates!!!! Notice how happy Johnny is with Carli....I think he was flirting!!

6 Weeks old and still growing!!!!

Johnny was 6 weeks last Friday and he has just grown like a weed!!! He is getting to be a lot more alert and attentive so that makes it fun. Here are a few pictures of him. I know I think he is the cutest little guy too!! Please note the cougar shirt! That was given to me when I was born....and with the family he comes from he is sure to be blue all the way through!

My husband's other name is..... Hercules

As we all know Rog is quite the athlete. This was proven again just a few days ago when he completed the Jordenelle Triathlon. The triathlon consisted of a 1.5K swim, 40K bike, and 10K run. The only tricky thing about it was the issue of training which came a little bit hard because of the new little addition to our family. Even though he lacked in the preparation category he still finished well. It took him about 2 hours and 40 min to complete. He was 10th in his age group so he was pleased with how well he did. He is scheduled to do another one on November 3rd with his brother Kevin. I sure do love my very strong (almost like elastic man) husband!!!

Just like Dad!!

Johnny is now two weeks old! I can hardly believe it! He was 7 lbs 12 oz at his last appointment so he is just growing up. Today we went to church for the first time...he slept right through all of the meetings, he even went to Priesthood with his uncle Jason....and loved it! After dinner Cindy brought out some of her doll clothes and they fit perfect! So here are some pictures of him in a soccer outfit. His Daddy was soooo proud! Look at those cute cleats.

24th of July fun!

My family came up for the 24th and we had tons of fun! I finally feel like we have used the house we are living in. Kids played on the grass, caught fish (even though I'm not to fond of the idea that they are in our freezer) and had a great time. They were even able to ride the tractor( the driving lawn mower!) We had a great time and we loved spending the time with them. I didn't get a lot of pictures but here are a few. Jessica you were missed!!!

HE IS HERE!!!

July 20th, 2007 went really smoothly! I was a tiny bit nervous...but all was well and John Axel Pearson arrived safely at 1:15pm weighing in at a nice 7lbs 6 oz. Recovery has been going well and Rog and I are having fun with the little guy! He has his nights and days mixed up a bit, but we'll break him of that yet. He loves to sleep with Rog! We have fallen head over heals for our little Johnny!

THIS FRIDAY!

So we are having our baby on Friday, July 20th! Yup, this Friday! He is breech which means his head is up in my ribs instead of down at the bottom of my tummy, where he should be. So the Dr scheduled a C-section for Friday. Rog and I are both very excited and aren't sure if we can wait 5 more days to get him here! We are especially grateful for modern medicine...I would hate to try and give birth to a breech baby. PAINFUL! So be on the look out for some great pictures of our little guy! Sorry no name yet.

Our Weekend Fun!!

We had a great weekend last week! On Friday Rog and I went to Lagoon (my first time). The engineering firm we work for had a Lagoon Day. We got there right when it opened, mostly because I was so excited, and went straight to Lagoon-a-Beach. It was nice to be in the water, after you got used to the shock of how cold it was. We had a company lunch at 1:00 which was an all you could eat buffet. There was a large bowl of watermelon in cause you were wondering!!! Then we hung out with some of our co-workers. We went on Rattle Snake Rapids and enjoyed the nice ride through the very very scary haunted house. Then Rog and I went on the sky seat. It was really fun even though we were limited on what we could do. After that we had a wonderful visit with Grandpa Hawks. We found him working hard on his new house, which looks very good! He loaded us up with some potatoes, peas, an onion, and a few beets for our enjoyment (ok…so maybe just mine, but Rog is a good sport :) ) We forgot our camera so there aren’t any pictures of our fun day…so I guess you are just going to have to imagine it! On Saturday the Fellers came and visited us! They were our neighbors up in Rexburg and are currently living in Woods Cross. Their little boy was born last October and we loved babysitting him. It was so fun to see them. Vinnie came up for Chelsea (Scott Dixon’s fiancĂ©e) bridal shower that was on Saturday afternoon. That was a great success also! I am so grateful for Vinnie’s and Mom’s help because it definitely wouldn’t have gone over so well if it weren’t for them. The boys had fun playing basketball and going bowling while the girls were quilting and eating yummy fruit. There was also a fire across the street that added to the entertainment. It was a good day! Now Rog is up at scout camp for the week but with only five more weeks until my due date I have few projects to work on. Plus, I am scheduled to have a few sleepovers with Cindy!

West Desert Trip

Dad, Jason, Cindy, Roger and some family friends took a trip to the West Desert this past weekend. I am certain that they had the time of their lives and are going to go next year so I can go too! They left Friday afternoon with two trucks that both had trailers with eight horses that went along for the ride. They camped the night and got up early to get a good start to their ride to Robbers Roost. Besides from the early morning Jason got a bloody nose....poor guy! Roger and Jason's horses were having a bit of a problem so after trying to work their bugs out for a mile they decided to turn back. Flier, who Dad was riding, decided that he wasn't very excited about the trip too and gave Dad quite the rodeo, but don't worry Pom Pom stayed on. Roger was very impressed and now he is sure Dad is the biggest cowboy of them all. So the group went on to Robbers Roost while Jason and Roger went back to camp. Of course they couldn't just sit there all day so they went to go climb some large (I would have called them mountains) hills. While on their adventure they found some wild horses. The picture above is of a stallion of one group. Roger said it was amazing and that they got a lot closer than they thought they would be able to get. So finally the group on the horses returned and everyone packed up and headed home without any broken bones but with plenty of sore muscles. Next year is going to be great!
